Kymberly began her legal career in 2004 as an Estate Planning paralegal working for a well know Riverside Attorney as his office manager, estate planning paralegal, notary and handled all Trust Administration cases. In 2011 she completed her Paralegal Degree and began working for a well know Elder Law Attorney in Redlands where she handled all the Trust Administration for Estate Planning and Veterans Benefits. In 2019 she officially started her own Legal Document Assistant business, KSL & Associates where she assists the public with simple matters pertaining to Estate Planning, Probate, Business Formation and Contracts while still working with a VA Accredited Agent assisting families with their VA Benefits.  In 2023 she was approved by the Department of Veterans Affairs as a claims Agent for the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims for veterans’ benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). 

Kymberly has handled over 1000 complicated benefits claim’s and goes above the call of duty to assist our veterans and families to receive the benefits they deserve. She also sits on the Board of CALDA-California Association of Legal Documents Assistants as the Professional Designations Chairperson assisting fellow LDA’s to a higher standard of professionalism and education.
